This is a rich and opulent Chardonnay. With an harmonious bouquet of apricots, coconuts and toasted, nutty aromas from the oak ageing. On the palate there are ripe citrus fruits, clementine, peach and vanilla. Full-bodied and with a savoury finish, its complexity will reward you with every sip.
Food Pairing: Try Seabass with a fennel purée, shrimp with oyster sauce. As an appetizer try crab in a miso vinagrette.

It is only produced on selected years when all factors align to create an outstanding vintage. Only the best grapes get used and for this reason it’s been dubbed “The Charming One”. The Alto Adige is a distinct region and this is a singularly distinct wine.
