A Complex Chablis Premier Cru with Piercing Acidity

The Mont de Milieu has complex aromas of acacia flowers, citrus, and stone fruits. Its clay-limestone origins create characteristics in the palate of a mineral rich wine, balanced by a piercing acidity.    

• 100% Chardonnay 

Food Pairing: Oysters, scallops, lobster or crab, grilled or poached fish such as sea bass, sole, turbot with a lemon butter sauce, sushi & sashimi. 

Cellaring: A beautiful 1er Cru that will continue to evolve over the next 6 to 10 years -  Serve between 10 and 12°C

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine Charly Nicolle is located in the historical town of Fleys, part of the old Chablis countryside. The ancient soils have hidden ocean shells and fossils that create these incredible mineral driven wines.
