Saumur-Champigny Cuvée Domaine is made from Cabernet Franc vines of average age of 25 years, grown on classic Saumur tuffeau-based sandy and clay/limestone soils. Manual harvesting only, cool fermentation temperatures (16-24 degrees Centigrade) in order to preserve aroma and freshness.
