The wine is supple thanks to a beautiful ripeness of the grapes; it is charming with a nice finish and roundness.
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (46%), Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (8%), Petit Verdot (6%).
Harvested manually, the bunches are rigorously sorted at the vine then in the cellar, keeping only the berries of the best quality. Plot-based vinification is carried out in thermoregulated, truncated stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is undertaken in new barrels. Ageing lasts for 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new, 70% of one previous wine).
