O Rosal shows attractive mandarin and orange peel fruit along with juicy pear and ripe peach on the nose. On the palate it has a strong stony mineral streak with a fresh citrus finish.

Blend of 70% Albariño, 23% Caíño Blanco, 7% Loureira Blanca

Food Pairing: It pairs beautifully with seafood and shellfish (oysters, clams, grilled fish, ceviche), spiced and aromatic dishes (Thai and Vietnamese cuisine) and a variety of cheeses (goat cheese, Manchego). |🌡️ Serve chilled around 7°C to 10°C
