Fresh, elegant and subtly mineral Irancy

This wonderful Pinot Noir has aromas of fresh red berries - cherry and raspberry - lifted by delicate floral notes of wild rose. On the palate, it is smooth and fresh, offering silky tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is elegant and refined, marked by a subtle minerality characteristic of the Irancy appellation.

    • Blend of Pinot Noir and Cesar (an ancient red wine grape from northern Burgundy)
    • 35% aged in French oak
    Cellaring:  Perfect now through 2032
Food Pairing: Excellent with roasted duck breast, pan-seared pork medallions, or grilled lamb chops. It is also a wonderful match for wild mushroom risotto, classic beef stews, and a charcuterie or cheese selection featuring Epoisses or Délice de Bourgogne cheese | 🌡️ Serve at around 13-15°C

    STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

Domaine Dampt Frères is a family-run winery in Chablis, Burgundy, known for crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay wines that reflect the region’s limestone-rich terroir. At the helm of the family business are brothers Eric and Emmanuel Dampt who are proud to offer a range of wines representative of the 3 Valleys of the Yonne, the Serein and the Armançon. Guided by their passion and integrity, the Dampt brothers have built their brand through the acquisition of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards.
