This wine gets its name from its grapes that are picked from two unique vineyards. Intensely dark in colour with ripe fruit aromas & flavours of plums, figs & hints of dark chocolate. Silky tannins & fresh cherries to finish.

• Blend of 45% Touriga Nacional, 35% Touriga Franca, 20% other traditional grapes varieties of Douro: Tinta Roriz, Tinta da Barca, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela.

Food Pairing: Pairs with meat carpaccio, grilled meats or with hard cheeses.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

From the port house Ramos Pinot this is a still wine produced from a blend of local varieties. After the purchase of Ramos Pinto by Louis Roederer in 1990, they set about producing this still wine which had been planned for many years.
