STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Sourced from old Macabeo vineyards, this wine aims to highlight the character, elegance, and complexity of the variety. Aged for 11 months on the lees, it is crafted from a blend of 20% matured in concrete tanks and 80% aged in French oak barrels.
