A classic Semillion with plentiful aromas of citrus fruit, pear and grapefruit. Medium bodied, lively and fresh on the palate with a balanced juicy acidity. A short amount of lees ageing adds complexity and mouthfeel. There is a stoney minerality that works harmoniously with the zesty fruit notes.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2030
Food Pairing: Sushi, fresh vegetables, cheeses and lighter chicken dishes.
