The Droin holding is just over one hectare in this warm, south-/south-west facing vineyard. This wine offer exuberant, spice-laden nose and caressing, cashmere texture with generous stone fruit. There’s also a hint of lavender, and a mineral profile, along with all the density and weight one would expect from a Grand Cru.

The family line in this estate can be traced back to 1537. One of the truly great Chablis estates, extending to 16 different climats. Jean-Paul began working in the domaine in 1965 while Benoit, who currently controls the winemaking decisions began at the age of 14 in 1999.
