A lovely fruity taste. Kept on drinking over several glasses.

Pale and copper-coloured this is more earthy and savoury than most Provence rosés. Medium-Bodied with strawberry, redberries and peach notes. Aromas of White flowers and a lingering, mouth-watering finish.
Cellaring: Ideal to drink now when fresh
Food Pairing: A versatile style, this will work well with Chicken Caeser or Niçoise Salad, soft cheeses, grilled salmon and spicy curries
Domaine Tour Campanets is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, facing north and overlooking the hills of Luberon in Provance. It was taken over by the Baude Family in 2012 and administered by Emmanuelle Baude since then. With a passion for wine, Emmanuelle quit her job as a solicitor to make her dreams come true. Convinved that Domaine Tour Campanets had a great potential, she then put all her efforts in restoring the vineyard and took up the challenge to revive the making of wine. With a commitment to Organic farming she applied for and received an ECOCERT in 2012 The vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino.
