Their first plots of white grapes on these terroirs, sandstone soils, that are now reached harvest age. "Sur la pointe des pieds" literally means "on tiptoe" or here, moving forwards very delicately. It describes how they have approached adding this string to their bow, with an initially restricted volume that they hope to develop over the next coming years.
