STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Ripasso is the unique result of refermenting Valpolicella Classico Superiore on the warm grape skins from which the Amarone was fermented.
Only produced in rare vintage years, this process imparts the richness of a great wine to an already superior wine, giving great depth and richness.
