Some ripe citrus on the nose, with a terrific intensity of fruit, now including crunchy fresh apples, along with the light citrus wash, and excellent persistence. The finish is really quite nuanced, hence the expected bottling decision which will be a little earlier than usual. Indeed, a really lovely aftertaste”.

The history of Domaine Latour-Giraud extends over three centuries. The Domaine Latour-Giraud estate owns an impressive range of Premier Cru and Villages vineyards. In the 1990s, Jean-Pierre Latour became the winemaker, bringing a cultural revolution to the estate with the adoption of organic agricultural practices and reduced yields to 25-35 hectoliters per hectare. The results speaks for the themselves.
