This blend achieves the perfect balance between the intense tannins of Nerello Mascalese and the low tannin content of Frappato, dominated by vinous aromas with notes of ripe wild strawberries and plums, dried tomatoes, a hint of herbs, spices and vanilla. An intensely red, juicy dry wine with a very pleasant finish that lingers on the palate for a long time.

Terre di Giumara Caruso & Minini obtained from Frappato and Nerello Mascalese grapes is produced in the Marsala area, suited to the cultivation of these excellent Sicilian vines. The grapes are harvested by hand and subsequently macerated and fermented for 15-20 days in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel.30% of the wine is aged in 500L barrels for 4 months, while the rest is aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
