This is a very expressive Saint-Véran, revealing aromas of citrus and white flowers, especially acacia. In the mouth, right from the attack this wine is rounded and smooth, with lovely fresh fruit providing notes of pear, peach, and a hint of fresh hazelnut. The finish is marked by a pleasant, buttery smoothness.
Food Pairing: Match well with grilled, poached or fried fish as well as smoked or salted fish. It is also a wonderful match for cheeses from Goats Cheese to Blue Cheese, from Comté to Gruyère

Grapefruit, lime, and yellow apple flavors are present, followed by the emergence of tobacco notes. The acid structure is finely balanced and polished. The overall experience is pleasant, with a delicate tartness in the finish that encourages the next sip. The firm texture reveals its origin of the bedrock vineyard - the Urgestein - quite clearly.
Food Pairing: Roasted or grilled freshwater fish, creamy soups featuring poultry, pumpkin, or celery.
Cellaring: Ideal to drink now when fresh.
An elegant and generous Chénas with silky texture and almost salty character.

Rich and ripe on the nose, then more focused and linear in the mouth, with juicy and lively blackberries and spice flavours. Ripe and round tannins with a slightly candied finish. A classic and fruity wine with a fresh taste and a nice complexity.
Food Pairing: Pasta with tomato or meat sauce, red meats and game.

Intense aromas of blackcurrants and spices. A hint of fig, cocoa and coconut. Full bodied wine with good presence of ripe fruit, blackcurrant and cherry jam. Spicy with a floral touch, slightly mineral. Potent and delicious.
Food Pairing: Iberian cured ham, cured Spanish meats, red meat, game and duck dishes. A mellow wine to accompany lunches and dinners.
The grapes are hand selected and harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature with a long maceration of the grape skins. Oak ageing takes place in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
