The fantastic 2020 vintage! Selection from the youngest vineyards. Whole-bunch pressed. The must was fermented relatively cloudy, whole-yeast until now. A wine that expresses our philosophy quite well with light alcohol and a very compact, well-balanced body. The first batches are going to be bottled unfiltered in February 2021.' Remarkably deep greenish coppery colour. Fine, intense, lightly smoky nose. Kerpow! Pure fruit hits the palate and grips it from beginning to end. Still quite youthful but bone dry. Clean as a whistle with a light hint of lilies. Pretty impressively persistent for such a baby.Jancis Robinson 16/20
