Time and craft are the two terms that shape our work the most - and the most important factors for the quality of our wines. All premium wines, including this Pinot Noir, always come from the same, specific terroir, which is responsible for the individual expression of the individual wines. Spontaneously fermented, they mature in small and large wooden barrels on the yeast for 12 to 22 months and are then bottled without any fining or filtration. A minimum of cellar interventions for maximum character.
Very finely interwoven cherry aromas. Fresh and fine on the palate with ripe tannins. Long-lasting elegance. The previous vintage was awarded by Gault & Millau 2016 as the best red wine in the "Bargain dry red wine" category. Aging potential for at least ten years.
