More restrained than your typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc due to time spent on lees adding a creamy, mouth-filling texture. With vibrant acidity and a touch of lemon zest on a long, clean finish.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Hand-harvested from low yields and with time spent on the lees, this is not your typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The Waipara region is also known for having a distinctly long ripening season relative to the rest of the country. Add all this together and you have a wine of distinct complexity and balance that sets it apart in character from Marlborough.
