BOLLINGER SPECIAL CUVÉE BRUT, NV

Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and a majority of reserve wines, part of which have been aged in magnums for 5 to 15 years.

An intense, elegant, refined cuvée with aromas of citrus fruits, apples, peaches and a hint of brioche. A great Champagne!

RAMEY RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY CHARDONNAY, 2019

This crisp, complex wine delivers elegant layers of tangerine and lemon. It builds focus and texture on the palate as it opens, with subtle hints of oak spice and crushed rock contributing to the delicious profile. Vineyard sites include the producer's estate Westside Farms, as well as Rochioli Allen.
The wine originates from cool sites in the Russian River Valley, with low vigor soil such as Goldridge Loam, planted between 1978 and 2006.  The vineyards are mostly planted to UC Davis Clone 4, known for its prominent acidity and large clusters, with lesser percentages of Wente and aromatic clones like Rued. Heat in early September 2019 gave everything a little push before a significant cooling trend slowed the pace of harvest.

SAN GIORGIO UGOLFORTE, BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO, 2014

From the winery "A dark beauty, impressing with its drinkability but also its potential. A bouquet of wild strawberry, cedar and mint leaf with a hint of liquorice. A velvety texture with dark fruits that create a sense of elegance. Beautifully pure and inviting, with sweeping acidity and soft and ripe tannins that lead to a long and savoury finish."
