32 hectares of Gamay and 2 hectares of Viognier are planted on granite soils. One new vineyard of 2 hectares of Chenin Blanc, planted in 2018, offers a new white wine. Domaine Sérol and Michel Troisgros share ownership of Les Blondins, a two-hectare vineyard of Gamay. Harvest is carried out by hand. Extreme rigor in the cellar allows the winemaking process to remain as natural as possible.
Dark, muscly and ripe-tasting gamay with flavours of raspberry, blackberry and dark cherry. Gamay in the Loire, Auvergne, is grown on granite, similar soils to those found in Beaujolais cru of Brouilly.
