Vibrant, easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc with a tropical edge
A Sauvignon Blanc that leans more on the tropical side. Lemon-green with floral aromas of apple blossom, elderflower and lemon verbena. Smooth on the palate with flavours of white peaches, lime, pear and papaya. All rounded off with a lingering chalk-like minerality on a clean finish.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Boekenhoutskloof are the producers here and will be familiar to many Irish drinkers as also being behind the "Chocolate Block" range. Recognised as one of South Africa's largest producers, Porcupine Ridge represents their entry level line. This is a range has always punched well above it's weight. This Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a number of different parcels. Each adding a layer of complexity to the perfect early summer wine.
