Pieropan Soave Classico Half Bottle

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

This is the 50th vintage for winemaker Nino Pieropan. Grown on a west facing site on volcanic soils, these grapes are handpicked before being crushed and fermented in glass-lined cement tanks. Four generations of this family have been producing wines here in Soave since 1880.

OUR IMPRESSION

This delicious zingy fresh wine, has mouth-watering flavours of apricot, tropical fruit and finishes with lingering minerally tones. It is drinking beautifully at the moment and would be perfect with seafood or as an aperitif.
