Pale lemon in colour with golden hues. Full bodied and well balanced by a zesty acidity. On the nose, subtle yet crisp citrus aromas of lemon, lime and grapefruit mixed with white flowers. On the palate there is a creamy texture with buttery, toasty flavours intertwined with some hazelnut, vanilla and apricot. All counterbalanced by flinty minerality on the finish.
