Premium white from one of Portugals leading producers
Pale lemon in colour with golden hues. Full bodied and well balanced by a zesty acidity. On the nose, subtle yet crisp citrus aromas of lemon, lime and grapefruit mixed with white flowers. On the palate there is a creamy texture with buttery, toasty flavours intertwined with some hazelnut, vanilla and apricot. All counterbalanced by flinty minerality on the finish.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Pioneer, non-conformist, innovator, neo-traditionalist. All words that have been used to describe one Portugal’s most high profile and decorated winemakers, Luis Pato. Luis, and his father João before him, have been credited with almost single-handedly putting the Bairrada region on the wine map. With a broad range of styles in the portfolio, this Vinha Formal Branco is considered his premium white and is one of the reasons he is held in such high regard.
