After studying in St-Emilion and honing his craft in southern France and Burgundy, he made his way to Ribera del Duero in 2004. There, he began leasing vines and sourcing fruit to craft his own unique Spanish blends. His journey eventually led him to Rioja Alavesa, where he purchased his first 3.5 acres of vineyard in 2013. Today, as the founder and winemaker of Rayos Uva, Olivier is proudly celebrating the eighth vintage of this exceptional Rioja project.
