Milan Nestarec has quickly become the star winemaker of the Czech Republic. His wines display so much life, vitality, and originality, that they have become very sought after all over the world in a very short time. No herbicides are used and the vines are worked organically.
A fantastic red-white blend. Deeply hued yet surprisingly spritely red comprising Dornfelder, Zweigelt and an undisclosed mix of white varieties. Dornfelder is a rare type of grape that has colored flesh, resulting in its vibrant violet color. A light red with wonderful concentration, best served well-chilled. Amazing notes of plums, cherry, and raspberry.
