STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
The Montrubí estate located in the Penedès was founded in 1984 by the Peris family. Their vision was to craft unique terroir wines using the local grape varieties such as Xarel-lo, Sumoll, Garnacha and of course subscribing to an organic winemaking philosophy. This winery was the first to release a monovarietal Sumoll in the world. Read more.
This organic, vegan friendly white made from the Xarel-lo grape from 45 year old vines has been called the Chablis of Spain. It is simply an energised, textured, dry white with notes of apple and pear and thoroughly delicious.
