STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Nero d'Avola is arguably Sicily's most famous indigenous red grape variety. It is immensely popular with Irish wine drinkers; part of it's appeal is its rich lush dark fruit character, but fundamentally it's all down to the acidity that helps restrain the fruit intensity. A great pizza red for le Dolce Vita.
