Acquired in 1996 by brothers Eduardo and Víctor Hernáiz, the 101-hectare family estate includes 32 hectares of certified \u003ci\u003eViñedo Singular\u003c\/i\u003e vines. For the excellent 2019 vintage, the brothers sourced fruit exclusively from their oldest plots, perched on a 570-metre plateau. Here, 50- to 65-year-old vines grow in unique white pebbles, benefiting from flawless natural drainage and a cool continental climate that yields grapes of exceptional finesse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo preserve this terroir, the hand-harvested grapes were co-fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts before a 20-day maceration.
