STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Gramona, founded in 1881, is famous for its Cava creating mythical cuvées so when they turn their attention to traditional wines and in this case to the creation of a dry rose it is right to expect excellence and this is exactly what you will be delivered. This tiny production organic cuvée is made from the very rare red xarel·lo.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve an aromatic extraction and a light pink colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks that help preserve the primary aromas of the variety. The result is a wonderfully refreshing, lively and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs touched by our terroir. It is of course dry and very delicious.
