Moreish and sensual Pinot Noir

Deep ruby red colour with a bright and seductive nose revealing spicy, ripe cherry fruit aromas and a hint of savouriness. The palate is similarly fragrant, moreish with red berry flavours, dried underbrush, mushroom and an earthy minerality on a very long finish.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Hand-harvested on one of the very first, and still highly-regarded, Premier Cru vineyards in the appellation. Farmed sustainably, vegan friendly and all coming from a single vineyard plot, this cuvée comes from the oldest Pinot Noir vines of the estate, planted before 1957. All this combines to give a Pinot of depth, concentration and distinction and is regarded as most emblematic of the Domaine.
