STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Produced on one of the very first Premier Cru vineyards in the appellation, as well as being farmed sustainably and vegan friendly, there’s a lot to appreciate here. The Cuvée Hermine is produced only on specific years when the vintage is exceptionally favourable using the very best grapes and barrels.Clos Marcilly is also considered as standout plot of the estate and wines are marked by their precision, delicacy and are representative of everything that’s great about Burgundy whites. Most impressive of all is the fact that the estate only started producing wines in 2016. This is a producer whose reputation is still on the rise but thankfully whose prices remain low.
