STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Born in Bordeaux, Hervé Joyaux Fabre went to Argentina in the 90’s looking for investment potential in wineries. He was very impressed with the opportunity to develop Malbec in Mendoza. He bought this vineyard with very old vines and developed the winery with boutique style and essence. As a pioneer of the Malbec grape most of his range is built around this grape. His wines are always fruit driven, with the use of oak in a supporting role. Read more.

 

OUR IMPRESSION

A very intense bouquet of red cherries and spices. This is a modern style wine with sweet, silky tannins and well-balanced chocolate and vanilla notes from the oak.
