STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Born in Bordeaux, Hervé Joyaux Fabre went to Argentina in the 90’s looking for investment potential in wineries. He was very impressed with the opportunity to develop Malbec in Mendoza. He bought this vineyard with very old vines and developed the winery with boutique style and essence. As a pioneer of the Malbec grape most of his range is built around this grape, but the use of other varieties in his blends demonstrate the potential of the region. Read more.
A deep red colour with an attractive bouquet of violets, red cherries and hints of vanilla from the French oak adding complexity to the wine. A rich, well-structured wine with supple tannins. This would be superb with grilled meats or a chocolate dessert.
