STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

Etienne Curson is one of the go to names in the Northern Rhone.  Château Curson is a particularly historic property where the soils are quite gravelly sloping, with a more clayey subsoil deal for the development of Syrah vines, allowing the elaboration of complex wines, concentrated with fine tannins and well coated. 

OUR IMPRESSION

Here one of the reference wines of the Northern Rhone is crafted. Organic, 100% Syrah, aged in oak for 11 months. This wine has exceptional depth and staying power. Dark fruits, spice toast and a particular liveliness on the palate. This is a reference red for this appellation.
