and toast.

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

The Pujol estate sites around the foohills of Montagne Noire (Black Mountain) in the Languedoc. While this location may sound rather ominous, this producer's wines are quintessentially Mediterranean in flavour.
The Gaillard family have been farming this region since their great-great-grandfather, Louis Biscan, worked 5 hectares of vineyards and they now farm over 100 hectares.
With a wide range of wine and styles in their portfolio this St. Fructueux is named after the patron of the village and is a pillar of their range. It's a wine that continually impresses at our tasting bar
