STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

While Châteaux La Pirouette is a relatively young winery in the Medoc it has already made a name for itself by producing wines that could be mistaken for more established Châteaux. This is in large part thanks to Michèle Roux. A winemaker for 40 year, she has turned this family-owned winery into a model of consistency, reflected in the numerous awards following her name. With a focus on sustainability, her wines retain the “Cru Bourgeois” status. This blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot and is emblematic of the fact that this is a classification that continually delivers exceptional quality to price in the region
