Why Buy Me

The 7 hectare Feytit Clinet Right Bank vineyard is planted 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The terroir consists of gravel, clay and sand soils. On average the vines are close to 35 years of age. Neighbouring such famous Pomerol Estates as Chateau Clinet, Latour Pomerol and Clos L’Eglise.

Winemaker's Pitch

Robert Parker 92 Points The 2014 Feytit Clinet has a crisp bouquet with violet-tinged black fruit, understated and very precise (a leitmotif of Jeremy Chasseuil's wine). The palate is clean and precise, very well defined with a mineral-infused finish that lingers long in the mouth. There is nothing ostentatious about this wine, rather it is all about the composure, refinement and precision. It can be summed up in two words: Bon vin!
