Manual harvesting leads to a unique expression of the Grenache grape. The maturation and ageing takes place in Dames Jeanne

Meticulous manual harvest and grape selection. The grapes are pressed and traditionally vinified before mutation. The wine is then matured in an oxidised environment: windswept in large ‘Dames Jeanne’ , it is first aged in the nursery and then left in the solera.
