Full-bodied, round and intense. Red fruit up front with strawberries, raspberries and red cherries. There's an underlying earthiness with hints of baking spice, mint and dusty leather.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Cabernet Franc has a lot going for it. Food friendly, robust as well as being a not-too-distant relation to the mighty Cabernet Sauvignon. Château de Coulaine have been working with grape since the 14th century and are considered one of the top Chinon producers largely due to their mastery it.
