The color is intensely cherry-red with purple reflections. The nose has aromas of fresh red fruit such as cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, and spicy notes of licorice. Fruit and acidity come forward in the palate, enhancing the ensemble.
The palate is beautifully balanced, round, and elegant with a medium body and a long finish.

Castillo Campo Llano is located in the heart of Castila-la-Mancha. The winery is committed to organic cultivation, due to its location and its relatively high vineyards, it has ideal conditions for viticulture. Pesticides are not used nor necessary, turning it 100% sustainable. The winery is located 750 metres above sea level, which offers natural protection against diseases and reduces insect populations. The winery has approximately 170 hectares of vineyards surrounding the winery and is the only one in the region with 100% self-grown organic viticulture with a vegan approach - 100% plant-based wines
