The Bravo Escós Rosé boasts a subtle fruitiness complemented by its crisp acidity. Its light pink hue is enhanced with rose gold undertones. Tastes of strawberries and luscious cherries mingle with hints of citrus, underscored by floral touches of rose and violet. A medley of Mediterranean herbs lingers in the finish, anchoring the wine to its distinctive terroir. ‘La Marechaude ‘ translates as warm tide which speaks to the warm microclimate created by the gentle amphitheatre of south facing slopes where the chardonnay grapes selected for this wine are grown. This allows for optimum ripening of the grapes resulting in warm inviting aromas of pear and peach and lush tropical notes of melon and pineapple. The ample fruit notes blend harmoniously with hints of vanilla, butter and pastry . With a rich, velvety texture on the palate , a wine that impressively delivers power and elegance in equal measure.
