Refreshing Fiano packed with delicious ripe green apple and juicy pear fruit

This wine shows off refreshing waves of hawthorn, broom and cedar and gives a balanced, fine and silky sip. Intense straw yellow in colour with green hues, the nose is curiously aromatic with passion fruit, ripe green apple and juicy pear fruit. On the palate it offers frehness matched perfectly with a slight rich texture. Long lasting finish with some citrus and cedar wood.

Fruity and earthy Montepulciano dAbruzzo

The grapes are hand packed into small crates before sorting and fermentation in steel vats followed by ageing in oak barrels of various sizes, 30% new for 12 months. The result is a wine with good fruit such as cherry and plum but with an earthy spicey side to it to and a little tannin giving a bit of bite and focus.
