Classic oaked white Rioja: a blend of Viura with 5% Malvasia. Pungent and savoury nose of candied peel, preserved lemon and herbs. A fresh seam of juicy acidity underpins the savoury, leesy palate with notes of spice. Elegant oxidative development and lovely balance here – this will continue to improve with time in bottle. Decanter, 94 points.
Cellaring: 2020 - 2035
Food Pairing: Pair this wine well with Spanish food like tapas. Would also be a perfect match for fish stew, lobster and paella.
Radiant in straw-yellow with fresh fruit aromatics of lemon, grapefruit and pomelo. On a tropical palate you get flavours of mango and pineapple. With the lees ageing adding a velvety texture as well as some light hazelnut and brioche notes. Shows great dimension on a well-rounded and lengthy finish.

Bright cherry red colour, intense, elegant aromas of red berry fruit with spicy background hints of coffee. On the palate this wine has concentrated ripe fruit with chocolate tones. This is a complex wine that evolves over the course of an evening.

Les Camades is the most classic Priorat expression of Torroja. It is a red wine aged in terracotta jars and French oak barrels. The wine is cherry red in color with bluish edges. Aromatically, at first, it shows notes of black and red fruit, such as blackberries, wild strawberries, black plum, etc. It is followed by aromatic herbs of the region, such as lavender, rosemary, thyme, etc., and sweet spices. It combines delicate spicy notes with a strong mineral expression. The wine is fresh and round on the palate, with a mature tenacity that fills the mouth, making it meaty and juicy. The acidity guides you towards the long finish. Overall the wine creates an impression of freshness and warmth like a midsummer escapade.
Food Pairing: Rich Food such as stews and cassoulets, grilled meat.
