Balanced, with elegant tones, this wine has fruited and mineral notes typical of this variety. The taste is pleasant and complex, with an excellent balance between acidity, structure and persistency, and in which alternating floral and citrus notes highlight the most authentic qualities of the kind.

Rich and ripe on the nose, then more focused and linear in the mouth, with juicy and lively blackberries and spice flavours. Ripe and round tannins with a slightly candied finish. A classic and fruity wine with a fresh taste and a nice complexity.

A wine with fresh delicate red fruit aromas, floral and spicy notes, and aromatic persistence. The well integrated tannins are present enough to give the wine structure but not so overpowering as to be harsh allowing an elegant mouthfeel. Whilst this wine may not have the power and aging potential of wines like Barolo and Barbaresco, it is a great introduction to Nebbiolo.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2027.
Food Pairing: Pasta and risotto dishes, lasagne , grilled meats.
"Red-berry, wild herb, Mediterranean brush and eucalyptus aromas are front and center on this fragrant, gorgeous red. The radiant palate delivers red currant, red cherry, exotic spice and crushed mint alongside elegant fine-grained tannins. It's beautifully balanced, with bright acidity."
-Kerin O’Keefe - Wine Enthusiast
Cellaring: Drink now to 2031.
Food Pairing: Roasted leg of lamb with green olives, pan-fried veal ribeye with potatoes and vegetables, braised rabbit leg with red cabbage.
