    Complex nose, dark cherry, chocolate, silky finish

    The nose is expressive and intricate, offering a complex array of aromas that evoke rich cherry, dark chocolate, and tobacco, with subtle hints of smokiness. The oak aging imparts delicate notes of nutmeg and vanilla. On the palate, the wine features smooth tannins and a long-lasting finish, showcasing its excellent aging potential. The finish is elegant and silky, a hallmark of Protos Gran Reserva.

    Food Pairing: Roasted shoulder of lamb, prime rib, a rich and hearty venison stew or a thick and juicy porterhouse steak. Will also pair nicely with aged blue cheeses such as Cashel Blue.
