STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
The Helderberg Mountain region produces earthy Cabernet Sauvignon wines with well-textured tannins. They are particularly well known for their longevity.
It has a clean, restrained aroma opening gradually to blackberry and cedar. Supple tannins and balanced acidity mingle with the plum, blackberry and cassis flavours. There is plenty to suggest that this will age well in the bottle.
