Why Buy Me
A wonderful 15ha biodynamic wine estate that largely flies under the radar. Located on the famous terroir of the graves de Saint-Emilion bordering on Pomerol, this estate was separated from Chateau Figeac in 1879. This estate was included as a Grand Cru Classe starting with the very first classification of Saint-Emilion in 1955. Legendary consultants Christine and Stephane Derenoncourt lend their imper mater to this Domaine.
Delightful right bank offering with layers of ripe red fruit. Jancis Robinson comments“Round with polished tannins and just medium weight. Almost relaxed! But with excellent vitality on the finish”
