Why Buy Me
Thomas Barton left Ireland in 1722 and arrived in Bordeaux where he established a wine merchant company. In 1826 his grandson Hugh bought 50 ha of vines in Saint Julien. Today the estate is managed Lillian Barton.
Quite a full-bodied wine with cassis, liquorice and forest fruits. This vintage of Léoville Barton is a rich, masculine wine with great potential to evolve for 20-30 years. Drinking 2022-2035
