STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Established in 1989 by winemaker Martin Shaw and Master of Wine Michael Hill Smith in the Adelaide Hills with the aim to produce wines reflective of the area and climate. Due to the altitude the region is significantly cooler than the neighbouring Barossa and Eden Valleys.
Medium to full-bodied wine with pineapple and peach tones and underlying biscuit flavours. A complex wine with great balance and crisp acidity.
